Mr Jose Martinez Castro, LLB, is admitted to practice law in Costa Rica and is also a Costa Rican Notary Public.

As Consulting Partner, Mr Castro advises ABS&P on corporate governance matters and as our Resident Agent, is mandated to deal with services of legal process upon our firm in the event they arise.

His particular expertise as a lawyer is in Foreign Investment, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Banking, Contracts, Real Estate Development and Real Estate Transactions, Trusts and Telecommunications.

Mr Martinez currently holds the additional positions of: Partner at RE&B Lawyers (our associated law firm in Costa Rica), Member of the Board Of Directors of Trustco Fiduciary, Member of the Board Of Directors of Districall Telecomunicaciones, Financial Director of Genesis Travel Group, and Legal Director of Servicios Laborales Sertelcom. He is fluent in English & Spanish.
